In September 2014, CCET Innovation Technology Funding Project for Tianjin Small and Medium Technology based firms has been approved and initiated. The project covers High Technology industries including electronic information, bio-pharmacy, newly energy materials, resources& environment, mechanical manufacture, mechatronics, modernized agriculture etc. with independent intellectual property rights.
 
The Innovation Fund of Tianjin Small and Medium Technology Based Firms is used to encourage, train, support and improve the technology innovation for Small and Medium Technology Based Firms in Tianjin, targeting the development and improvement the innovation technology of Small and Medium Technology Based Firms to provide strong support for the innovation ability for the companies.
